This NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course will be completed within an eight-hour period. The classroom portion of this course is approximately four hours and the range portion is approximately four hours. Completion of the course entitles the student to receive recognition for his first step in the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification process.

The young men will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, course completion certificate, and take a Basics of Pistol Shooting Student Examination.
